A Passion for Community Service
Paul Gauvreau dedicated his life to community service. Please join us in celebrating his life and carrying on his passion of community service.
Jackie Robinson once said, “A life is not important except in the impact it has on other lives.” It's a quote Paul shared with his daughter Johanna when he wrote her an email saying, "As I get older, I am beginning to understand that the true meaning of life is how we can help each other."
Robinson, who wore number 42 when he played for the Brooklyn Dodgers, was Paul’s favorite baseball player. To honor Paul's love of baseball and #42, we're setting a goal of raising $42,000 for the Legacy Fund.
Paul had a tremendous impact on our community and our state throughout his life and with the Paul Gauvreau Legacy Fund, we can continue Paul's commitment to our community. The legacy fund provides the organization flexibility to quickly respond to the changing needs of the community by supporting the current programs as well as creating opportunities for new and expanded community-focused services.
