This year we will be returning to the Poland Spring Golf Course & Resort, and we are excited to bring even more games, prizes, and opportunities to support the great work Community Concepts does in western Maine. All proceeds benefit our services in Androscoggin, Oxford, and Franklin Counties. We invite all local individuals and businesses to take part!
